We use a Prince crankshaft grinding which gives very accurate journal regrinds with special emphasis on maintaining concentricity on the main bearings and roundness on all main and big end bearings.
A great deal of care is taken to ensure that the crankshaft fillet radii are preserved to ensure strength and crack resistance of the crankshaft.
All crank journals are highly polished to provide a better wearing surface to prolong the life of the crankshaft and main and big end bearings.
